The restaurant is accountable for the usage of the service and for the content published, which must be legal and strictly related to restaurants and food.
The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of the content. They must also comply with the local laws, by giving all the information required by law.
Billing
You need to pay a subscription in order to use your digital menu.
Mentioned Pricing is not include GST Amount. At the time of Billing 18% GST as well charged as per the Government rules.

You need to renew subscription, in order to avoid a disruption of the service. However you can terminate your account at any time from the account settings.
Data management and ownership
In general, if you publish something on NetCoders’s Digital Menu, you still own your data and you can copy it at any time. You can also update or delete your data using your account features.
However you also grant NetCoders a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to use your content for any purpose. For example we may use it to improve or promote our service.
Limited accountability
QR Code Based Digital Menu Developed by NetCoders is offered as is without any warranty.
The restaurant is responsible for the legality, accuracy of information and compliance with law.
Termination
An account can be terminated by NetCoders for any reason.
You can close your account or cancel your subscription from your account settings after sign in. Any request to terminate your account or cancel your subscription sent by email or using other means will be ignored for security reasons.
Data held on visitors
We don’t collect personal data from visitors. However, as all websites do, we may collect some log information and stats required for debugging, security and development in general.
Data held on restaurants
NetCoders collects account information for each user, including:
- Basic information like name, email address and Phone for any communication required with restaurant owner in future.
- Billing information required for invoices and payments (we rely on third-party services that are PCI compliant)
- Data required for publishing or technical purposes
- Log information required for debugging, security and development in general
Data persistence and rectification
Restaurants can use the account features to remove or update their data.
Backups and logs can have a duration up to 1 year.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
As trial period is given to all clients before they upgrade, we have no cancellation and no refund policy. Should you choose to deactivate the account the payment will be forfeited if paid for the period in advance.
